Christina Asbury was outstanding to work with to purchase my new home in Hampstead, NC. When we decided to purchase a house sight unseen, we were lucky to have been paired up with Christina from USAA. Not only did she provide me with virtual walk throughs of the house, community, and even went a little off road to show me the kayak launch, her knowledge of the area and people really put us at ease. Heck, she even put some of our deliveries in the house until we arrived. We then decided to sell a lot in a 1031 exchange which forced a tight closing window as we already contracted in the replacement lot.
